Warranty period – We make quality products and each product carry warranty individually as specified at product level.

What is COVERED under Warranty?
The warranty of the mat is covered for the following defects
• If the Mats has any manufacturing defect
• If the Mats is shrinking or sagging by more than 20%
• Any physical flaw in the Mat that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
What is NOT COVERED under Warranty?
The warranty does not cover and void in the event of the following scenarios:
• Mats without a valid warranty card and purchase invoice will not be covered under warranty
• The Mats covers/zipper is not covered under the warranty
• Mats shrinking or sagging by less than 20%, which is normal scenario with memory foam and softy foam and it comes back to its normal shape and does not affect the comfort level, so this not covered under the warranty.
• The warranty is not covered for the Mats where the physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, cuts, burns, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
• Damaged caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store for non-commercial Mats will not be covered under the warranty
• Any Mats sold by resellers or unauthorized retailers is not covered under warranty.
• The warranty will not be covered for the Mats previously purchased and used by another consumer and sold to someone else.
• Mats that are opened or serviced by an unauthorized service person will not be covered under the warranty
• If the Mats are carried out for camping or outing are not covered under the warranty.
How to claim the warranty of your Starshade Sports Mats
In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Starshade Sports Mats limited warranty benefit, you must return your Mats to us with proof of the original warranty card, invoice and id proof of the consumer who purchased the Mats to match the name in the invoice.
You can send us an email to email@example.com or contact our customer support number and provide all details of your Mats problem, purchase date, invoice and warranty card, our support team will review the problem and assist you on the further process and arrange for a return pick-up, review the Mats if this is under warranty policy, the same will be serviced for a specific part or replaced if needed after that will be delivered at the earliest.
Terms on Warranty Period Carry-over
Warranty carry-over – Replaced or repaired Mats are subject to the same limited Mats warranty as the original Mats and that continues with date of purchase of the original Mats.
If you obtain for a replacement or repair of your Mats, the warranty period of the repaired or replaced Mats will continue from the date of purchase of the original Mats.
Starshade Sports Mats comes with standard 1 day free return policy. Customers can return the Mats within 1 day from the date of purchase. All you need to do is pack the Mats and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your location and deliver it to our warehouse, once the Mats is received we will initiate the refund process and the payment will be credited to source account within 2-3 working days.
In the event of the a order is cancelled after making the payment, your amount will be refunded back to the original source of payment within 3 to 4 days.
Terms/Criteria for return or replacement:
Mats can be returned or replaced in the following scenarios after purchase. Damaged or manufacturing defect: If the Mats delivered to the customer is damaged or has some manufacturing defect customer should inform us on the same day of delivery to ensure the same is replaced.
Incorrect size or thickness: If the Mats delivered is not as per the size and thickness that was ordered customer should inform us on the same day of delivery to ensure the same is replaced
Process for return or replacement:
You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer support number and inform about the problem, our support team will assist you on the process and arrange for a return pick-up and repair or replace the Mats at earliest, All you need to do is pack the Mats and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your location and deliver it to our warehouse to repair and return.
Terms for Replacement/Return:
In the event of return or replacement the Mats must be in good condition, the return request will be rejected if the Mats is physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, cuts, burns, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
Once the order is successfully placed, the same will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
Customers can cancel the order placed with us, you can cancel the by logging in to your account, if any payment is made we will initiate the refund process and the payment will be credited to source account within 2-3 working days.
